Dario Grione, founder of Inco Sas, passed away on March 22, 2014 after a short illness, at the age of 78.

He had founded Incas a poplar plywood factory with two partners in the 1960's just outside Turin, Italy and was the ceo until his retirement when he sold the business to the Vigolungo family.

It is no exaggeration to say that he was largely responsible for the introduction of poplar plywood to the UK.

He is survived by his wife Anna and two daughters Elisabetta and Alessandra.
