Andritz enhances its position in the MDF industry with its fibre preparation systems
27 January 2016By supplying technically advanced and reliable fibre preparation systems the Andritz Panelboard group is maintaining its leading position in the MDF industry.
Among the substantial orders received in 2015 Andritz is to deliver a chip washing system, a 60in -1CP pressurised refining system with a design capacity of up to 960 t/d and an evaporation line to OOO Egger Drevproduct Gagarin, Russia. This will be the fourth system delivered to the Egger Group.
Andritz has received a second order from Camsan Entegre Agac, Turkey to deliver a S 2064M pressurised refining system with a rated capacity of 1,000 t/d. This will be the 11th such line in Turkey.
A further two orders were received through Dieffenbacher: a complete 54in-1CP front-end system with a design capacity of 600 t/d; the system includes preparation, storage, dewatering and refining for bagasse and is to be installed in the Middle East.
In addition, a chip washing and a S 2064M pressurised refining system will be delivered to Floraplac in Paragominas, Brazil with a capacity of 1,095 t/d.
The ninth line for Brazil will be delivered by Andritz to Asperbras, Agua Clara, Brazil via Siempelkamp. The scope of supply includes a chip washing system and a 54in-1CP pressurised refining system with a capacity of 550 t/d.
