Dates released for 2024 WBP Symposium
1 December 2023The 2024 dates for the European Panel Federation (EPF) / Fraunhofer Institute of Wood Research European Wood-based Panel Symposium have been announced.
The event, sponsored by iVTH and Hywax, will take place at the Grand Elysée Hotel in Hamburg on October 9-11, 2024.
It brings together experts, researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest market and technical developments concerning wood-based panels. Main topics will be raw materials, process technology, furniture applications, insulation applications and user requirements.
“Insightful presentations, networking opportunities and access to cutting-edge research are expected to be shared,” said the EPF.
The last edition in Hamburg in 2022 attracted 320 delegates from 28 countries and featured presentations from the EPF chairman, the president of EFIC and the director general of Cepi – the leaders of the wood-based panels, furniture and paper industries.
