Trasmec China has opened a 3,600m² workshop for final assembly and finished-equipment storage, taking its total facility area to approximately 10,800m².
The new building is located at the Trasmec China Industrial Park and will be used for final equipment assembly after painting, as well as the storage of completed machines ready for shipment.
The workshop is equipped with three overhead cranes.
The additional workshop space will allow Trasmec China to optimise its existing production areas and provide a dedicated environment for assembly and completed machinery.
According to Trasmec, the expansion supports an improved internal organisation and aims to strengthen production capacity and workflow at the site.
Trasmec China serves as the group’s main industrial platform in Asia. It combines engineering from its Italian headquarters with local manufacturing for the regional market.
The Chinese arm of the company began operations in 2010 through a joint venture (JV) in Suzhou with VYNCKE.
In 2018, Trasmec China opened a new 7,000m² facility, marking a significant milestone in the group’s expansion and development in the region.
