The company ordered a ClassiSizer for resizing production waste into combustible fine dust for heating the thermal oil needed for their new MDF press line. Assembly is now underway, well in time for the September 2013 commissioning of PG Bison’s new MDF line.
The Dieffenbacher ClassiSizer is able to resize different materials from sawmill residues up to log offcuts into various particle sizes. The ClassiSizer will have an output capacity of approximately 1000kg/h with a particle size from 0 to 1.2mm.
