US duties scrapped on Chinese hardwood plywood

Chinese hardwood plywood has been given a new lease of life in the US after the International Trade Commission (ITC) threw out anti-dumping and countervailing duties on the product. This infers that US plywood manufacturing has suffered no material injury as a result of imports from China.
