After building the company into one of the largest wood product certification and testing agencies in North America, Mr Starostovic handed management control over to Mr Winistorfer in 2007 and has now completed the ownership transition.
Mr Winistorfer has been with Teco (its headquarters are in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin) for 15 years, leading the company through the recent economic recession and its severe impact on the construction market.
"This is an exciting transition," says Mr Winistorfer. "We’ll be strengthening our existing business with OSB and plywood manufacturers, as well as diversifying our product offerings and expanding into additional international markets."
