In the context of restructuring and realigning the entire organisational structure of Pfleiderer AG, the company is reducing the number of executive board positions.
The contract of service of Pawel Wyrzykowski has been terminated by mutual consent. Mr Wyrzykowski was in charge of Business Center Eastern Europe, Panels North America and Business Center Flooring Europe. Mr Wyrzykowski will continue to serve the company in an advisory function.
The contract of service of Heiko Graeve, who held executive board responsibility as CFO, has also been terminated by mutual consent.
The tasks of Mr Wyrzykowski and Mr Graeve will be performed by the other members of the executive board, Hans H Overdiek (chairman) and Hans-Joachim Ziems.
