He founded Texpan, now CMC Texpan, famous worldwide for its forming technology, along with Dr Alberto Zevi and Dr. Franco Ottolenghi in the 1970s, and co-founded IMAL Srl, Italy, with again Dr Alberto Zevi and Paolo Benedetti.
