High standards for the effectiveness of spark detection and extinguishing, as well as improving the assembly of the required mechanisms, are inherent features.

As a result, installation costs for EWS’ new version have been drastically reduced. Also the water required for spark extinguishing can be reduced by 25 to 33%, without losing its high efficiency, thanks to a new and innovative spray nozzle.

"I am certain that, in the broad view, this development can be considered as a spark extinguishing system with the potential to supersede previous technology in this field," said Hans-Peter Kleinschmidt, founder and chief representative of EWS.
