Kronospan plans to build an MDF production line at its plant in Novovolynsk, Western Ukraine, according to The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
A summary EBRD report said the proposed project had passed its final review and was pending board approval. EBRD will finance the project through a e28.5m loan.
The MDF plant, which includes a lacquering line, would cost e47m and be the first in the Ukraine.
