Fagus-GreCon has ceded its majority interest in the Austrian measuring equipment manufacturer Ipac GmbH.

Harald Jordan, founding member and managing partner of Ipac, acquired the majority shares of the company from Fagus-GreCon and is, therefore, the sole owner.

The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price and said the successful co-operation of both companies in sales and service will continue. Fagus-GreCon had originally acquired the majority interest in Ipac in September 2016.

Ipac has further developed the offline colour measuring system ACMS and has expanded the product range by the worldwide first and only spatially resolved multi-spectral inline colour measurement.

“Thanks to the new products ACMS zero and ICMS zero, Ipac is very well positioned for the future,” said Mr Jordan.

“We will further extend our position as an attractive partner for the digitisation and digital printing projects of our customers.”
