Since the company was founded in 1980, Mr Binder had been responsible for the company as ceo and chairman. Over the years, Modul Systeme has achieved the position of market leader for secondhand machinery and complete lines for the panel board industry.
In July 2013, Modul Systeme became part of the Andritz Group and since February 2014, Mr Binder was jointly responsible for the company Michael Rupp who will now, after the retirement of Mr Binder, manage the company as the sole ceo.
