The high gloss finishing of melamine panels was a strategic decision to increase the company’s own range of furniture elements for those belonging to the Smolensk-Mebel group as well as the range of services for further furniture and board manufacturers in the region.
A special HotCoating team was trained and established in a short time by Barberan and Kleiberit to optimally manage the overall process in regards to production, quality assurance, logistics, sales and marketing.
In particular great importance was attached to implementing ideal manufacturing conditions with regard to site cleaning and air conditioning.
With the integration of this additional Barberan-Hotcoating line at Eurodesign shows further proof that this surface finishing technology continues unabated on the international scene.
