Eumabois, the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, said a warm goodbye to Fulvia Scherini who until recently dedicated full-time to the general secretariat of Eumabois.

A sign of recognition and appreciation of her work was paid during the recent general assembly of the federation held in Valencia during Fimma-Maderalia.

“On behalf of Eumabois and myself, I want to thank Fulvia Scherini for the competence and passion she devoted to European wood technology”, said Franz-Josef Buetfering, president of Eumabois.

“She served not only with professionalism and competence, but also with the passion that distinguishes people who believe in what they do and commit themselves to the success of a project and other people”.

Her long career serving woodworking technology, included working for Acimall, the Italian woodworking machinery and tools manufacturers’ association where she became head of the promotion department before finally joining Eumabois.
