Following the successful renovation of Line 1 multi-opening press in 2022-2023, hardboard producer Grigeo Baltwood, part of the Grigeo Group, has selected Sunds Fibertech for its next upgrade of the same press.
For this project, Sunds Fibertech will supply another major upgrade of the press comprising a new top table, main cylinders and heating platens, aimed at improving press performance and reliability at the Baltwood factory in Lithuania. The installation will take place in spring 2027.
“We were really satisfied with Sunds Fibertech’s equipment and the smooth cooperation with their personnel during the previous renovation of our line 1 press,” said Viktoras Tirevicius, CEO, Grigeo Baltwood.
