Rauch Spanplattenwerk, Germany has placed an order for a particleboard plant which next to the forming and press line includes a 7ft x 52m Generation 8 ContiRoll press as well as the resin preparation and dosing system, the forming station and the board handling.
Siempelkamp has received two new orders from Brazil. Fibraplac has ordered a particleboard plant including a forming and press line with a 9ft x 38.7m ContiRoll. Fibraplac already operates three Siempelkamp MDF lines at the same location. With this new plant Fibraplac’s production location in Glorinha will become the largest in the world says Siempelkamp.
The second order from Brazil was placed by Asperbras a new customer for Siempelkamp. This order for a MDF plant includes next to the engineering and steel construction, the fibre preparation system, the forming and press line with a 9ft x 27.1m ContiRoll.
Siempelkamp has achieved two sales successes with the order for a thin MDF/HDF production plant each from Luoding Luyuan Wood Based Panel Co Ltd, China and another Western Asian customer.
Luyan is a long-standing customer of Siempelkamp and already owns two 8ft thin board plants as well as a standard 4ft MDF plant made by Siempelkamp. This time the plant operator ordered a complete MDF line for the production of boards with a thickness ranging from two to 12 mm. The order includes an 8ft x 25.5m ContiRoll press as well as a cooling and stacking line.
Vietnam Rubber Group has ordered an MDF plant which will be built in Kien Giang, 200km south of Saigon A 4ft x 33.3m Generation 8 ContiRoll press will be the centrepiece of this order.
