Lend Lease’s apparent tallest timber apartment in the world, Forte, was recently opened in Docklands, Melbourne. This US11m, 10-storey tower at Victoria Harbour with 23 apartments and a ground floor retail space is a showpiece for cross-laminated timber (CLT).
