Yildiz Entegre, the largest manufacturer of wood based materials in Turkey, is a long-standing customer of Siemplelkamp, the specialist for wood based material production plants, and has recently ordered a further two MDF/HDF production lines.

With this order Siempelkamp has now sold its eighth generation ContiRoll press for the 30th and 31st time.

This is the first time that Yildiz Entegre has invested in wood based material production plants outside its country.

Siempelkamp will supply one MDF/HDF plant including a 9ft x 55.3m Contiroll press to Vladimir in Russia situated 190km east of Moscow.

The second plant, also for the production of MDF and HDF will be built in Pitesti, Rumania. Here, Yildiz Entegre will operate an 8ft x 55.3m ContiRoll.

The scope of supply for both projects includes the production areas for drying and separating, the forming and press line, the cooling and stacking line, the fully automatic high stack storage system as well as high performance sanding lines with integrated cut-to-size system.

Siempelkamp will also provide the corresponding automation for all supplied plant areas as well as the process data handling and evaluation via 'Prod-IQ' for the entire production plant.
