Sonae Indústria's turnover up 1% to €121.8m in H1, 2017
17 October 2017Wood based panel producer Sonae Indústria which operates 21 production plants located in six countries in three continents, reports unaudited сonsolidated results for the H1, 2017 reaching €121.8m, an improvement of 1% compared to H1, 2016 (€1.2m) benefiting from the appreciation of the Canadian dollar versus the Euro.
Sonae Indústria consolidated EBITDA for the first semester of the year reached €20.6m, approximately €1.5m higher than H1, 2016, on a comparable basis, mostly explained by lower fixed costs that this year reflect one-off adjustments to personnel cost accruals.
