IPPS 2017 Call for Papers

The symposium will present a wide range of research in wood based panels and industrial expertise and new products in development will feature highly. The conference attracts a wide audience from across the globe with other academic and industrial delegates.

Call for Papers is now available.  The editorial team will be pleased to receive abstracts for papers and poster presentations in the following areas: Panel performance, durability and weathering; Resin systems and bio-based resins; Innovation in wood based panels including: OSB, fibre based insulation materials, softboards, HDF and lightweight panels; Recycled and novel fibrous feedstocks; Processing technologies; Pre-processing, fractionation and pre-treatments; VOCs and emissions in service; and Composition, visualization and mircrostructure.

Abstracts should be up to 600 words and received by April 7, 2017. Oral presentations will be presented in English and a paper included in the conference proceedings if received before July 7, 2017. Poster presentations are also welcomed. A selection of high quality papers will also be published in a conference edition of the International Journal of Wood Products.
