Binos GmbH, international manufacturer of complete production lines for wood and mineral-bonded board industries, took an order in 2008 from the MDF manufacturer OAO Borisovdrev in Borisov, Balarus, for a new thin MDF production line.
With financing only recently approved the project is now under way. The MDF line incorporates a Calander press, (a roller press system offering a board thickness of 3.2mm with a daily performance of 240m3).
“We couldn’t kick-off the project internally before this summer because the financing was not approved,” said Dirk Rohde, newly appointed general sales director of Binos.
“To meet customer requirements we are aiming to deliver 50% by this Christmas with set-up and run-off scheduled in fall 2010.”
