Survey and Deutsche Messe abandon cooperation

Trade fair organisers Survey marketing GmbH and Deutsche Messe AG are no longer to be partners in staging the planned machinery trade fair to run parallel to ZOW Istanbul.
Deutsche Messe, organisers of Ligna, was to have contributed its expertise in the field of wood-engineering machinery.
In order to avoid Deutsche Messe being associated with the Spanish Z-mac event organised by Survey a name change from Z-mac to Z-TEC was agreed, a name which will be retained despite the breakdown in the cooperation.
Z-TEC is to take place as planned from October 1-4, 2009, parallel to the furniture suppliers’ trade fair ZOW Istanbul.
