First large scale OSB line in China

Hubei Baoyuan Wood Industry is to install what is described as the first large scale OSB line in China. Pallmann will supply engineering equipment electrical control systems and service for the green end of the OSB line.

Main components are a drum debarker, feeding conveying equipment to the Pallmann batch feeding system and a Pallmann long log flaker type PZU 22-725.

Pallmann was selected as main supplier for the green end due its technological expertise and long term commitment to the Chinese market expanding more than 30 years.

Dieffenbacher has been selected as general supplier for the remaining production areas including a CPS continuous press 8ft x 30m.

Raw material will be mainly poplar, pine and kiri.
