ZOW Spain goes to Zaragoza

The eighth edition of the Spanish ZOW trade fair is to be moved to Zaragoza from June 2-5, 2009 in the Feria de Zaragoza.
Organiser Survey GmbH has taken this decision as it will have the opportunity to extend ZOW into product groups like interior design accessories and semi-finished products such as doors, windows and flooring, as well as semi-finished wood products – which it considers of vital importance for its growth in the Spanish market.
The ZOW Spain show has increased its sales turnover by 14.8% for this year’s event in Madrid, but Survey has complained that host IFEMA Madrid has not let it bring in enough wood-related and interior design products “due to the fact that this would enter into competition with IFEMA’s own products”.
