Imeas is a global manufacturer of wide belt sanders and grinding machines. 2006 marked the 40th anniversary of the company, with over 2,000 machines operating worldwide. Imeas sanding and grinding machines are used to achieve precise surface finish and thickness for a wide variety of products such as plywood, composite wood panels, LVL, metal sheets or coils, decorative laminates, flooring and solid surface type products, says the company.
Imeas specialises in extra-wide machines – 10ft (3.2m) and cross-belt sanding for wood products and non-directional mirror finish for speciality steel products.
