May 2011 saw the launch of the first issue of a brand new stand-alone magazine "Surfaces, Design & Technology" (S,D&T).
This sister magazine to WBPI takes us beyond panel manufacture into the world of engineered decorative surfacing materials.
S,D&T greets the architect and design communities with information, ideas and inspiration which they are not finding anywhere else, positioning engineered decorative surfacing materials within the larger context of professional design specification.
It addresses the common demands of design specifiers everywhere: Designs in synchronisation with current trends; consistency of design and colour from panel to panel; durability suited to the specific application; ease of fabrication and installation; value (cost + durability + design); environmental responsibility.
Our mission is to help suppliers to focus their message to the design community by communicating the benefits of specifying engineered decorative surface materials.
