Binos, situated in Springe, Germany, manufacturer of machines for the production of particleboards, MDF, OSB/OPB, wood cement and gypsum boards, is modifying two particleboard plants to combi-plants for the production of particleboard and OSB/OPB boards.
After the modification the customers (in Thailand and Russia) will be able to produce particleboards or OSB/OPB on the existing particleboard system with a total change-over time of less than 12 hours.
Core of the system is the patented Binos Combi-Former which includes two systems: the wind former together with a gravimetric former for particleboard and a roller bed for OSB/OPB.
Both systems are expected to be finished and set-up by the end of 2010.
