Changes to Pfleiderer’s supervisory board

After nearly 20 years as chairman of the supervisory board, Ernst-Herbert Pfleiderer, 67, has stepped down from his position at the end of Pfleiderer’s annual shareholders’ meeting.

Executive board chairman Hans H Overdiek thanked him: “Mr Pfleiderer has been closely connected with this company since his birth. Not only that, but over the years he has demonstrated in an exemplary manner how the founder family is still committed and assuming responsibility after many generations.”

Hans Theodor Pfleiderer, 45, was elected as a new member of the company’s supervisory board and Christopher von Hugo, 47, was elected new chairman of the supervisory board, as planned.
