TurboSonic gets clean air order for US$900,000

Global provider of clean air technologies, TurboSonic Technologies Inc, has been awarded an order in the region of US$900,000 for its Turbotak scrubber technology by a US facility producing OSB. Installation is scheduled this year.
The Turbotak scrubber is said to be a proven, versatile technology that simultaneously removes particulate and acid gases from industrial process gas streams.
“TurboSonic is a leading technology supplier to the wood products industry for dryer and press emissions control. This order represents the third major equipment order from the same international company for OSB press emissions control,” said Edward Spink, TurboSonic ceo.
