Dieffenbacher supplies first continuous MDF press line to Colombia

Dieffenbacher has been commissioned to supply a continuous press line by the Colombian company Tablemac MDF SAS.

The CPS 265 - 16.4 press (8ft wide and 16.4m long) allows an annual production output of 130,000m3 and is being integrated into a used production plant at the Barbosa site.

The first panel is planned for June 2011, with acceptance scheduled for October 2011.

The Barbosa site is located centrally between areas with high forestry yields, the industrial centre of Medellion and the port of Berrio.
