After increasing production at Classen’s Kaisersesch site to three digital printing lines, Hymmen is to mount another line at the Classen site in Baruth. Altogether the Classen Group uses five digital printing lines from Hymmen for flooring production.

Classen's success with its innovative digital laminate and design flooring decors, has led the flooring manufacturer to opt for larger capacities. At the Classen production site in Baruth, close to Berlin, an industrial digital printing line from Hymmen - model JPT- C 2100 - has been producing flooring boards in Single Pass for two years.

In 2014 it produced nearly seven million m2. With the second structurally identical production line Classen will more than double its capacities.

On the production line, 45m long x 18m wide, boards can be digitally printed on a maximum width of 2.040mm. With a production speed of 25m/minute a production capacity of up to 50,000m2 in 24 hours can be achieved.
