Berndorf AG, located in the town of Berndorf in the southern part of Lower Austria, is an entirely privately-owned holding company of specialised industrial enterprises, developed from a company called Berndorfer Metallwarenfabrik, which was itself founded in 1843 by Alexander Schöller and Hermann Krupp.
