Board changes at Fagus-GreCon
9 January 2020Fagus-GreCon announced that with immediate effect Kai Greten has left the company due to irreconcilable differences.
Kai took over the running of the business in December 2014 succeeding his uncle, Ernst Greten. Ernst remained as a co-shareholder and consultant after his retirement and will now return to assume the management on a temporary basis together with the present managing director Uwe Kahmann.
Fagus-GreCon is based in Alfeld/Hanover, Germany employing 650 staff worldwide. It is one of the leading brands in the development and manufacturing of fire protection systems, measuring equipment and inspection systems for many types of industries - including the wood-based panels industry.
