BASF increases prices for wood based glues
3 September 2012BASF has increased its prices for Kaurit and Kauramin brands in Europe by €10/mt due to higher energy, personnel and maintenance costs.
Kaurit and Kauramin glues as well as UV-impregnating resins are condensation products of urea and formaldehyde. Kauramin additionally contains melamine.
Both glues are specifically developed for the efficient production of any wood based material.
